Oh hello, I’m having a little bit of fun with a more cheeky outfit from the weekend. Both the top and shorts that I am wearing below are ridiculously soft, as cozy as a good pair of pajamas; and the floral collar is hands down one of my favorite jewelry pieces at the moment. I would have preferred to wear a simple pair of dark burgundy or wine pumps with the ensemble below, but my old J Crew Pippa peep-toes are comfortable and easy to wear and sometimes that is just how it goes.

Petunia has also taken up some bad habits from her cousins and she is preeeetty sure that giving me a death stare while peeking through the railings at 2pm is going to get her an early dinner.

Oh dog.

  Yeah, I do hear you on that. It irks me the most when it’s a pattern that needs to be lined up (stripes, zig zags, etc) and it isn’t–so it wasn’t so much an issue with this top. But thank you!

  Hi Julia! I use Osis Dust It (http://www.amazon.com/Osis-Matifying-Powder-Styling-Serums/dp/B001CN5S4C) right at the crown of my head. It makes hair feel dirty and gives it REALLY good texture! I then take a teasing comb and very carefully tease it up…then I pull it back into a pony and use the long, non-tooth end of my teasing comb to carefully pull hair up at the crown.
