Outfit Of The Day: Lou & Grey Striped Signaturesoft Swing Dress + Moto Jacket + Pom Beanie

Oh hi! It’s me again, finally updating with a new outfit post. Lots of stuff has been happening and it’s been a little hard to find some time to snap some photos and post. Given what’s happened over the past few weeks, it’s been a bit hard to find the words to post, too. 

Yeah. I still don’t really have the words. 

But anyway. I’m working on a big update post regarding our bathroom remodel! It’s almost done. But like most remodel projects tend to go, it’s been a bit of a headache. So far we’ve dealt with a missing toilet, coming up five square feet short on custom tile that took months to make and ship, and marble floor tile that failed. Which I didn’t even know could happen! But oh man, it can. More on that in a bit.

In the meanwhile, it’s time for a new little outfit. We’re finally getting ready for some colder weather in Colorado, which means I can finally wear the faux fur pom beanie I picked up during our recent trip to Steamboat Springs. It’s from a brand I couldn’t find online, but if you’re ever in Steamboat Springs and need a cute hat, I highly recommend stopping into the Steamboat Hat Shop. They have a gazillion amazing hats, just as a proper amazing hat shop should.

I paired the beanie with an old moto jacket and a super cozy striped dress from Lou & Grey.  It’s a little hard to tell from the photos, but the dress has blue stripes the same color as the beanie and the scarf, which always sends me into matchy-matchy-happy heaven. Old habits die hard.
